About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Manager to lead the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a respected private hospital in Adelaide.

In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for the operational and clinical management of the ICU — overseeing staffing, workflow, and patient care standards to ensure excellence in every aspect of service delivery. Working closely with the Medical Director and senior nursing leadership team, you’ll drive a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong ICU leader or experienced senior nurse looking to step into a management position with genuine support, autonomy, and development opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICU management or senior leadership
  • Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (essential)
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a clinical team within a complex environment
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Forward-thinking approach to service delivery and team development
